zcloud video format not supported by iosplayer

I am trying to get my ipad to stream videos from zyxel nsa325v2 with zcloud. The ipad can log into the server and see the files but ipad says "video format not supported by iosplayer". Is there anyway to use playerxtreme or other video player apps for myzyxelcloud? If yes, would you share how to do it? Thanks.
