NAS520 Dropbox 6.7 - no selective sync, What is the workaround?

Hello!  New to this Zyxel box and curious if there is some way to get selective sync applied.   At this point it looks like Zyxel performs a "sync everything" dry run on a new Dropbox account linked to it, then runs the real sync.   With a few hundred gig in a Dropbox account this process could take days.   Patience... sure.  Selective sync would be helpful but this version 6.7 of the Dropbox app is way streamlined... it looks like all or nothing.   Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks!!
