What does Red Slow Blinking LED mean?

Red Slow Blinking LED for every one second indicates that an error happens when the Multy unit is doing firmware upgrade. Multy will keep trying to upgrade firmware until the firmware is the latest version.
If you encounter Red Blinking LED in the 1st node, please check Internet status first. There might be an Internet problem while downloading firmware.
If Internet is connected without problems, please run “Diagnose” in the Multy app to check the throughput between:
- 1st node and Internet
- 2nd node and Internet
