My webcam requires 2,4 gHz connection! How can i force my iPhone X to use the lower frequency to setup the cam? This my first day with the Multy X!

May I know the model name of your webcam? And do you use "Single WiFi Name" for 2.4GHz & 5GHz network in Multy X?If yes, your iPhone X cannot force to use the specific frequency (2.4GHz or 5GHz).To my knowledge, if your webcam only support 2.4GHz, it still can be configure.Whatever your iPhone X is connected to 2.4GHz/5GHz in Multy X, because 2.4GHz/5GHz are the same network.0

Thanks! "Single Wifi Name" was the solution here. After using the app for this modification, where I disabled "Single Wifi Name" a 2.4 GHz network was selectable for my iPhone and my "chinese webcam" installed perfectly! Appreciated, Hanamichi! Thanks again!1
