i watched the set up video which describes how you just get rid of the existing router and connect your modem directly to the multy x. I have a BT Homehub that has the modem integrated in to the router.
what are the implications of this? do I need to get a new Openreach modem?

Multy X (1st node) has to to connect to a modem/router via an Ethernet cable to gain the access to the Internet.0
