no synchronization of app google drive

Good evening, I apologize for my english but I'm using google translator. My problem is the following: I use synchronization through an api application of a nas zyxel 325 v2 but unfortunately, after downloading all the files on the nas, the synchronization does not work anymore. The application is in sync and the processor works but does not do anything. You can help me I would be grateful. Thanks Aldo C.
