NAS542 Keeps writing and would not go to sleep

Hi, I bought NAS542 just a week ago and built 4x4TB array in RAID5 (12TB volume). During the next few days aftea purchase, I copied about 4TB of data to it over LAN and USB port.

The NAS keeps writing/working all day long (for 4 days now) and would never go to sleep mode. I tried to unplug the ethernet cable and it still doesn't stop writing. I switched the logging server off. 

Any suggestions?

Check MyZyxelCloud and turn off thumbnail feature, since the thumbnail will cause NAS busy and not move into sleep, so disable it might solve your problem.
