    Hi @Chanakan5591
    zCloud is connecting to NAS via http protocol as default port 80, and seems you have paired your NAS326 to myzyxelcloud, but the http port would be changed by cloud if the port is the same as router's, so you have to check the UPnP setting in myzyxelcloud and enable http feature and see the port number.

    And you have to use NAS_DDNS:port in address in zCloud to access your NAS326, such as myNAS326:8080
    This should be working for you.

    @Ijnrsi I'm already try that but my router block the 80 port. I try to connect to it with 8080 port but it failed too.

    The port 8080 is sample, that you have to check your UPnP setting.
    You can share the screenshot for UPnP setting and zCloud, I think the port you used is incorrect.

    @Chanakan5591

    You can first check if the URL can be accessed via browser,
    if not then you have to check your URL.

    That is very weird, since your UPnP port now is mapped, but you are not possible to access your NAS over Internet.
    I am curious if you turn on the WAN access on your router, is it possible to access your router over internet?

    Another way to you, maybe you can try to setup a port forwarding to make sure if WAN access is workable without through myzyxelcloud. And your problem of port 80 on UPnP or port forwarding rule can't be used for NAS, the reason is router already used the port as default http port, so if you want to access your NAS over internet, then you have to change NAS web managament port from 80 to other and also configure the port forwarding rule to map to the new port.

    I'm having exactly the same problem with my NAS542. Did you find a solution?
    I connect to mycloud from the browser, but from zCloud I get the same "Fail" message.
    I also try ZyxelDrive. It connects and I can see the main directories like the system ones (photos, music, etc.) and my own, but trying to enter any of them I get "Connection Error. (205)".
    Please, help.
