Hi,
New NAS326. Power light, system light and hard drive lights all solid white. LAN light blinking green. The router has seen the NAS326 and assigned an IP Address to it. I can access the NAS326 by using the IP Address. But when I try to use "Find Me" I push the button and nothing happens. I have tried holding the button until it beeps still nothing. I reset the system still nothing. I notice the button I push to "Find Me" is not lit, should it be? I have a working internet connection. Any ideas before I return it?
Thanks, Bob S

    Hi,
Findme is one of way to find the NAS326 and your PC/NB/Mobile should in the same subnet with NAS to make the findme work, but if there is another device in front of your router and make the network as 2 subnet, then I think this feature would not be work normally.
Due now you can access the NAS326 via IP address, I think the NAS can workt normally.
You can try more to check if the NAS326 still abnormal, then you return it.

Findme is a way to help people reach access their NAS through LAN, if you want to access your NAS over internet, then you need to configure the port forwarding on your router or use myzxelcloud feature: https://mycloud.zyxel.com/help

Did you check your router support UPnP or not? And your NAS should place under main router's LAN, the topology should be like this: Internet-----PPPoE-----router-------NAS326
Besides, you can also check if Myzyxelcloud in NAS web manage page was already paired, then you can unpair it in the page.

If your router doesn't support UPnP, then you can use port forwarding to let you access NAS over Internet.

    UPnP i think its OK.
    ...and  from Zyxel control panel

    --About topology... I really don't know! :|
    maybe you're referring to this...

an about myZxelCloud... we have totally different page.
    1. The email address is not linked.
    2.  the unpair button is greyed out.
    3. there's a message "To activate cloud functions..."

    But ZyxelCloud agent is installed...

    nothing's paired....

and i cant pair neither manually...

    Thank you in advance!

I've got the exact same problem. Tried to restart the cloud service by unpairing but now I can't pair it again. Upnp and all.
