NAS326 - why can not I set UPnP?

I log on to https://mycloud.zyxel.com/personal/index.
I see my device (NAS326)
I click UPnP Settings but the device was not found. Why?
Will you please help me what to do?

    Hi, 
    Do you check your router supporting UPnP feature?
    If the router doesn't support this feature, then you cannot configure it in mycloud website.
