Connect existing Multy setup and new app install

Have re-installed the app on new phone and cannot connect back to my existing Multy setup that is working ok.

App show "get ready", with cables and plugs.

Do I have to reset Multy and build network from the beginning? :(

    On your old mobile phone, after you installed Multy X, do you link it with your myZyxelCloud account? If yes, do you use the same myZyxelCloud account to login on your new mobile phone?

    With a registered account, the configurations are saved in both your mobile device and myZyxelCloud. You can manage Multy X units from any of your mobile devices with the same account.

    Without an account, the configurations are only saved in one specific mobile device which is used to set up Multy X. You can only manage Multy X units with one specific mobile device in this case.

    hi @Zyxel_Steven, I didn't use the cloud and the old phone is broken. Will reset and connect to cloud on the new phone so it can copy the settings in future. Thank you.
