Webdav connection error in web browser

I keep getting the following error when I try to connect to my NAS542 with Webdav http setup:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /webdav/vrgames/ on this server.

can someone tell me how to fix this issue please.

I have enabled the upnp and portmapping on the NAS, my router also has the port forwarding active and i have setup rules in my PC Firewall for the TCP port.

Same problem before, and asked Zyxel, but they told the WebDav doesn't be allowed to access over browser, and asked me to use third party tool.
