Connection issues Multy X

I am having trouble connecting Multy X. I was initially able to connect the first unit and got excellent connection throughout the house. The second unit connected but indicated it should be repositioned. After repositioning it refused to connect even after resetting box. I decided to reinstall the whole system, and now the first box will not connect. I have had to revert to my manufacturer supplied router. I am unsure if the problem relates to the app or a firmware upgrade that was also applied during the installation process. Advice and support would be appreciated. On a second point, can I clarify that if the units are powered down at any time. would they require to be reset up. I ask this because I occasionaly require to switch of all electrics for extended periods of time.
