SMB1 disabled in Windows 10

SMB1 is now disabled by default in Windows 10, as it is considered to be a security risk. That means that I can no longer see my NSA 3120S from my desktop, even though it has the latest firmware. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

You can either enable SMB1 in Windows or install SMB2 on your NAS, or stop using SMB, and use FTP instead.0
