What to do when Multy Plus (WSQ60) fails to pair with a myZyxelCloud account?

After finishing the WiFi configuration for Multy Plus (WSQ60) during the installation, the last step is to pair the device with a myZyXELcloud account but see the following error message when the web browser is redirected back to the configuration page after logging in with a myZyxelCloud account. This article shows you how to troubleshoot this problem.
Step 1: Reopen your web browser to continue the installation.
Step 2. Reset
Multy Plus (WSQ60) WiFi System and restart the installation.

Multy Plus (WSQ60) will stay at the last step until it is paired with a myZyxelCloud account successfully. Please close your web browser and reopen the web browser to access the Web GUI again. Then refer to Step 11 in the article How to install Multy Plus (WSQ60) via Web GUI? to finish the installation.
