mycloud.zyxel.com not finding my NAS326

Hi,
can anyone help me please?
I just set up my NAS326, but the tool for finding my product at mycloud.zyxel.com is not working.
I have the UpNPsettings, my router has it.
I tried it in every browser, but my product do not appear during automatic search nor searching manually.

    Do you install the package of myzyxelcloud?
    Try to remove it and reinstall it.
    Your topology shoud be like this: Internet -------Router------NAS.
    You could also check if the NAS find the UPnP router in its control center in web managemnt page or not

    The topology is the same, as you wrote it. 
    I did the uninstallation and reinstallation of the myzyxelcloud, but nothing happened.
    The NAS finds the upnp router in the control system. 
    So, I'm quite puzzled...
