disconnected

Got multi x ac3000 (2-pack) yesterday. Installed both successfully. Today the second one is disconnected. Have tried to reinnstall. Get to where the signal-quality between the two is tested, but even if the second one is in the same place as yesterday it does not work. Can anybody hjelp?

What is the LED status when 2nd node is disconnected?
What do you mean 2nd node does not work?

Can you share the distance between two nodes?
And is there any message when you got to where the signal-quality between the two is tested?

Thank you for your answer. Through support it seems like the problem is solved. I had to reinnstall the app, reinnstall the Multys and also switch the the two units so that the primary one became the «slave». Why the last made a difference, I have noe clue - but it worked!
