Zyxel NSA 210

Good day sir.

 

I have bought a used Zyxel NSA210 but although I can see the device in the network and see it online in NAS Starter Utility I can’t initialize and access files in a newly installed HD, since I get the message that the NAS is not responding. Can you please help me?

 I am using NAS Starter Utility version 2.02 Build-1036

Extra note: I tried to install older version os Starter Utility and when I try to initialize I get Connection time out! error.

Is the webinterface not usable?

Unfortunately not!

Make sure you have the firewall and virusscanner disabled when you try to use NSU.
