Hi
I hav just been given an old NSA310 - I know these are not longer supported but I have a small problem if anyone can be good enough to help me.
I have inserted a disk which the system see but I am unable to create a volume to share. I have tried two different disk a 1Tb Toshiba and a 2 tb Hitachi - both give the same results - the system can see the drive but will not let me create a volume.
I have performed a factory reset.
Does anyone have any ideas please
Thank you in avance
Regards
Pat
