My NSA325v2 (V4.81(AALS.1) does not recognize a new WD MyBook(4TB) external drive

The Mybook is delivered with an exFAT filesystem, which is not known to the NSA325. After reformatting to NTFS the NSA325 still does not show the drive although the USB ligth on the NSA is on. Both on the USB3 and the USB2 ports. An ols USB2 external disk is recognized fine. Anyone knows how to get the MyBook recognized?
