NAS326 does not power on after power outages

We have a lot of Zyxel NAS326 for backup. Unfortunatelly The function does not work to turn on the device automatically after power outages. We also tested several versions of firmware.
Is there a solution for this, or is it likely to be repaired in a new firmware?
