Hello, a friend broke the micro-sim connector on my LTE4506 router.
Do you know the reference of this connector in order to change it on the pcb?

    Hi Pastoi,

Can you please help to provide a photo for broken sim connector?

Where you bought this device? Please provide your serial number to me (You can find it in back label of your device).

    Hi Pastoi,

The module is design on broad directly so I think it’s impossible to replace it by yourself. I suggest you can send it back to repair via RMA.

    Hi Pastoi,

I have similar problem with SIM, how did you access the board? I don't see any screws 😆 And how did you solve your problem?

    Thanks!

    Hi Kuky,

the 4 screws are at the 4 corners, under the router.
I still haven't fixed it. If you find the right part, I would love to have the link.
    Thank you.

    Hi @Pastoi_ ,

thank you for your answer. I found it very helpful. I tried many attempts but everytime failed. So I made it like this. It's working now, but it's a matter of time before it breaks 😔

PS: that bracket for SIM is not the right part, it's something random which I found on the internet for 4-5$

    Hello,
I have the same problem. An exchange via RMA of the SIM support on my LTE4506 would cost approximately how much? Otherwise, for Kucki's solution, how do you remove the old SIM support? What points need to be desoldered?
