Hi guys, im totally new to VPN thing.
I want to connect to my home network from my laptop (win7) when im abroad. my home network can be illustrated like below picture.

I simply want to access my home NAS (12.168.1.99) from my lap when im outside (i have ddns account
). Can somebody please explain the procedure (or a tutorial if possible).
So far I have port forward all required ports for L2TP (UDP/TCP) from F660 to Zyxel. What ever Youtube tutorials i follow i still get error in windows VPN connection saying "security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiation with remote computer"
Please help, Thanks

Hi @Gayanll ,The USG20-VPN is placed behind NAT.You can follow the guide in the FAQ article to add a NAT rule for L2TP service(IKE, NATT, L2TP-UDP) on the router and allow L2TP service. You may also need to create a registry key on Windows client. To access the NAS, you need configure NAT and firewall on not only USG20-VPN but also the ZTE F660 router. Here is a similar article for your reference.
