My Apple phone logs onto my Multi X WiFi network but when my phone opens from sleep mode it’s not connected to the WiFi and if I go into the Multiy X app it says that it connecting. WiFi will then connect

1. What is the model name of your Apple phone?
2. What is the O.S. version of your Apple phone?
3. What is the firmware version of your Multy X WiFi System?
4. What is the version of the Multy App?
5. Does this problem only happen on that Apple phone? Other devices was fine?
6. Is possible to provide some screenshots related this problem?
