NAS542 - Cannot create scheduled backup on NAS

Hello there,

I have a NAS542, and i'm trying to create a backup job on the NAS device. The problem is that i keep getting the error message '' Source and target adress cannot be the same.

Can someone help please?

The message already tells you cannot backup the data in the same volume, so you have to backup it to external disk or external space.
if you have second vomue with different HDD, then you can backup the data to second volume success.
