application Photo of NAS236

How come in my NAS236 I have stored many photos but if I open the PHOTO application does not display any?

same with the videos.

What do you mean of PHOTO application?
Is it the tool/utility? Through Twonky? SAMBA directory through file explorer?
Maybe you can show us more detail information for clarify the situation.
