NAS310 RECYCLE BIN is not shown

Hello together,

I use Zyxel NAS310. It works together with an additional hard disc as Raid1 system.

My problem now is that I have deleted some files accidentally and tried to find these files again in a recycle bin, but have not found any. So I checked the settings unter „Shares“ (->„Edit Share“) in Zyxel administration program [firmware version V4.70(AFK.3)]:

                                  all shares were already set with checkmark for „Enable Recycle Bin“.

Can anyone help me what is wrong and why do I not see any recycle bin in „Windows File Explorer“? I use Windows10.
