Hi, I am a new user and have 2 problems - Multy X App and upload speed

1.  When I try to download the App I get a message that my phone is not compatible.  I have a Huawai P20 pro (It's new and has all the updates).  When I use an an old Samsung A3 I have no problems installing the App.  Please help.

2. upload speed from my ISP is 25Mbits but I can only get around 5 Mbits on the prime Mutly X that is connected to my Fritzbox.  What can I do to fix that?
