Average Time to Expand Drive NAS326

I recently upgraded my NAS326 drives from 1TB to 4TB.  After navigating the rebuilding phase of both drives, I am now to the expanding stage from 1TB to 4TB.  It has been at it for 12 hours now.  How long does it take to expand the capacity when upgrading to larger drives?

You already had a 1TB volume on the 4TB disks? In that case expanding shouldn't take that long. A few minutes, maybe.
