Found solution on Constantins and also my problem (after hard restart the shares on windows are away):

"I've deleted both smbd- and nmbd-ZyXELSambaReplacement.conf.pid from /opt/var/run/, restarted the service and viola - it works again!"

Also a BIG THX to loverman310 for solving that issue (SAMBA doesn't start after reboot)
