Found solution on Constantins and also my problem (after hard restart the shares on windows are away):

"I've deleted both smbd- and nmbd-ZyXELSambaReplacement.conf.pid from /opt/var/run/, restarted the service and viola - it works again!"

I have got the same issue with new Samba in NSA320S.

After power failure SMB always stop working due to existing 2 old pid files in /opt/var/run/.

I bypassed this adding to CRON task which delete hourly both smdb and nmdb pid files

They are not needed and samba works fine without them and they are recreated after a reboot.
