Installation of Postgresql on NAS540

After successful it has installed, is it possible to connect the database on NAS and the one which running in the local machine but in the same network?

NAS can always be accessible, so If you already installed the package yourself, but would like to know accessible or not, through my experience, it should base on what you set on postgresql configuration to allow who can access the device.
