Unable to connect to internet

Muliple attempts to connect via the App have failed. Several resets done.
I am extremely gutted by this as I was expecting better things.

    Not having a web interface makes things so difficult. I want to get this working, please help.

    Multy X and Multy APP??
    If yes, which step failed? Is there more information or screenshots?
    And how do you connect Multy X in your network? Please make sure root Multy X node's WAN port is connected to your router or modem.
