Allow operation & configuration of Multy X even during outages of internet connection

So it seems like today, my internet provider is having a particularly bad day. This morning, my home networking wasn't working at all.  A few basic things are working now, my two Multy X still aren't (solid red light). I'm still in the middle of troubleshooting. Some sites are simply unreachable. Seems like Zyxel might be affected as well ...? It could be a name server problem, but whatever ... it's just very dissatisfying that a failing internet connection takes my home network down with it.

So my proposal is:
1) allow for continued operation during outages of the internet connection
2) allow for troubleshooting during outages of the internet connection

Item #2 could be somewhat limited functionality, based on information cached locally.

To my knowledge, Multy App is based on remote control/cloud not for local.

And Multy X needs connect to Zyxel cloud server to do a lot of thing to communicate with APP such as data sync, data exchange, authentication and authorization.

It has benefits of using this as I am getting some consistently outrages from printer offline fix which helped me out to solve this error.
