Hallo, nach einem software update komme ich nicht mehr ins webinterface. Der Zugang über NAS Starter Utility geht. Ist es möglich dass sich die URL geändert hat ... es war http://nas542/r50xxx,/desktop,/login.html ?

It's normal that you can't login after a firmware update. That URL is indeed changed, the r50xxx is the revision number of the firmware, which is changed. The first redirect is cached by your browser, and so you go to the wrong page. Clear your cache, or use a private window.
