                    MultyX Firmware: V2.10(ABKJ.7)C0
Android Moto Z3 Play phone, App Version 2.2.3190130
I was on the previous Firmware 2 weeks ago, and on a different phone. And the Attached Devices (parental controls) stopped showing up.
They are still not showing up in the App after:
Upgrading to a new phone.
Upgrading to the Latest Firmware
Uninstalling and reinstalling App
I see on homepage I have 19 connected devices, and this will change as people use IP devices around the house. But I can no longer view them individually or work with them.
This is frustrating. I can not work with devices.

What do you mean about your problem?
Is there any screenshots?0 -
            The_Marshal,
Does device list shows empty, but there are some client connected to MULTY X?
Do you try to re-install MULTY APP or reset MULTY X?

            Hi The_Marshal,
I have the same problem before and completely reinstalled my Multy X, it has resolved. Do you try to reset and reinstall it?

When I look at the Device List it is a blank white screen. No devices listed
Are y'all suggesting that I DELETE the existing network, and then reinstall both the App, and then install the MultyX as a new network?0 -
I have reinstalled the phone app 2x. No change.
I restarted the Nodes several times.
I have not DELETED everything and started over.0 -
Do you remember that you ever reserve some IP for specific device via Multy App?
In this case, maybe you should try to reset and reinstall your Multy X to solve this problem.0
