Migrating drives to new Nas?

Hey!
I hope you don't mind a newbie question. I'm new to the forum.
I have a really old Zyxel nsa325 v2 with two WD 4Tb drives set in Raid 1. I also have a newer 4 bay Zyxel NAS 540 that I recently got from a friend. It had never been used.
Can I move the drives from the old Nas to the new and still keep the data in some way? I saw similar posts about it but didn't really get the relies since it involved Putty commands etc.. I guess rights might mess things up?
Is there any way?

If PuTTY is a nono? No.

the simple way without command is preparing the new disk in NAS540, then use backup planner to sync data from NSA325 v2 to NAS540.0
