Forgot username and password on NSA 325V2

Hi all
Probably very general question, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere else.

How can I access and change my password on a NSA 325 V2, when I forgot both user name and password without loosing all the content on the device. I tried admin and 1234 and it does not work.

I have ofcourse physical access to the device and network.

Hi John, 

Please try to press HW reset button with 1 beep, then release the button.
The password of admin will be reset to 1234, then you can access web interface by admin/1234 and you can also modify the another account's password by admin account.
