Devices cannot see Multy wifi

Although the Multy is connected and the white light is on, all checked using the app, none of my devices (iphone/ipad) can seethe Multy wi-fi to connect. Was working fine this morning, not now after a brief power cut.

    Do you mean your iPhone and iPad not able to see Multy SSID? Does it still not work?

    What is the firmware version of your Multy?

    When the problem happened, you can check the WiFi setting on Multy App to see it is disabled or enabled, also you can try to reboot Multy to check again.
