Daisy Chain

Hi I have 2 nodes connected to my isp modem and cant figure out the daisy chain mode, there seems to be no different in connection speeds so what are the advantages or disadvantages of having it on or off does the multi take a performance hit with it on?

But you only have 2 nodes, so it will be star topology. Speeds wouldn't any difference whatever you turn on/off Daisy Chain. It is for more than 3 nodes.
