3302LTE not detecting simcard

Hi All,

Any suggestions as to what I can do if the above unit refuses to detect simcard?

Tried multiple simcards from multiple vendors.

Hi, 

Could you please share the screenshots of the main page and the LTE Modem Status page (GUI > Monitor > LTE Modem Status)?

Also, do these SIM cards originally fit the size of the SIM card slot or do you use a SIM adapter on those SIM cards?
