Backup Failing in NAS540

Hi All, 

I am trying to backup one of the folder using Synchronization method with mirror option using remote destination which is in the same NAS creating a folder under admin folder.

Now after multiple tries, the backup is failed, so I am trying to delete the folder half data created a folder in admin folder for backup, which I am unable to do, giving access denied even I am login as Admin.

So can anyone help in solving both the issues?

1. Backup of a Folder within the NAS
2. Delete the Semifinished folder created while the backup attempt.
