Nas Zyxel 356 freeze

Hi,
When I have speeds higher than 20 Mbps on my Zyxel 356 NAS, it freezes and it stays like that until I disconnect it from power outlet. Same issue with both download option and Transmission app.

I have a raid from two hdd with 1 tb.

It doesn't react on a press on the power button, like it should? Does the fan work?

with simple press on the power button, dont react. Maybe if i press for a long time will restart. I will try.

That's not good. When a keypress on the power button is ignored, that in most cases means the kernel is crashed. 

When the fan is still running, I guess it's not a heat problem. I don't know exactly which NAS you have, the 356 doesn't exist, so I think you either have a 325 or a 326. A 325 doesn't have a heatsink on the CPU which could be loose, and I think a 326 hasn't either.
