Can't connect via multy app after power failure.

After a power failure my app will no longer connect to my multi. I've also had to replace my modem/router, as it failed. Nothing I've tried so far has worked. Will I have to set everything up from scratch again? Thanks

    What happened with the power failure?
    What color of your Multy glow?
    Maybe you should try to factory reset your Multy instead.
