    Have you tried to clean the data of Multy App and AiShield, or reinstall them, and log in with an account?

    Please use "Send Feedback" on Multy App, we can analyze the log file from the feedback.

    Feedback can't be sent. I click the button and nothing happens..

    Hi @Baloo247,
    What model/OS version of mobile phone do you install the Multy?
    Can you manage the Multy X on Multy App?
    Did either of two App (Multy App/AiShield App) not able to send feedback?
    Can you show some screenshots to help us clarify this problem?
    Have you try to reboot the Multy, will it help? Otherwise, please reset and re-install the Multy.

    Well as if by magic, today I managed to send you my feedback from the multy app, and I was able to access aishield. I've not had access for a week, which for a security product is very frustrating.
