How do I defragment drives in the NAS?

Is it done automatically? I don't see a way to manually do it and it isn't mentioned in the KB or manual.

Zyxel NAS hasn't the tool/app of disk defragmentation.

As far as I know, the various disk partition formats used in Linux have been adjusted for the way the files are stored, so that the efficiency of accessing files is increased, so that the so-called disk defragmentation operation is not required.
