NAS 540 Backup

Hi All, hoping someone can shed some light on a backup question.
I have a NAS 540 with 10 shares. I have a USB drive connected to the NAS. I'd like the USB drive to contain an exact replica of all the shares - this should reflect any changes as they happen (or fortnightly maximum).
Do I use Backup or Copy/Sync for this? And how shall I configure?
Thanks in advance

You can use Backup Planner > Backup to create the backup job.

Copy/Sync Button only can backup one target folder.
To my knowledge, the difference of two feature as below.
Backup Planner: Manual or Automation by the schedule
Copy/Sync: Manual
