Why are the disks in my ZyXEL NAS326 running ALL THE TIME? It's so loud!

Hello!
I have a brand new NAS326 which is working fine so far.
I installed 2 brand new Seagate Barracuda 4TB drives and set everything up fine.
They are set to Raid 1 and around 45% Space is in use.
The HDDs are set to shut off after 15 Minutes. But they don't.
There is no Network activity. But the CPU is almost at 100% all the time with different Tasks being responsible.
Why are my HDDs running all the time? I can hear them working. Typical HDD noise (which I totally forgot about how it sounds over the last years thanks to SSDs...)
Any Ideas? Is it indexing something?
It's been running for hours now...
Newest FW is installed. As far as I'm aware, no Apps are running.
Thank you!

ffmpeg is probably used to create thumbnails. identify might be a part of the ImageMagick suite, which is also used to create tthumbnails. ImageMagick is AFAIK installed together with myZyXELCloud. You can turn off creating thumbnails in it's settings, and see if it helps.
