myZyXELcloud-Agent does not update completely

Hello together,
after trying to update my myZyXELcloud-Agent, the installation process stucks at 96% and will not proceed.
I have the newest firmeware update: Release V5.21(ABAG.5)C0
My NAS-type is NAS542.
After asking me to update the myZyXELcloud-Agent that problem occurs.
Anybody has the same problems?

Please try below steps to see if any help.

1. Enable Telnet or SSH on NAS542 and Telnet or SSH into NAS542 (user is 'root').
2. Type 'cd /i-data/sysvol/.system/zy-pkgs/'.
3. Type 'wget ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS542/zypkg/5.21/myZyXELcloud-Agent_1.0.6_arm_0106_5x0.zpkg'.
4. Go to NAS542's web interface > App Center and tap the icon.

5. Try to update/install new myZyXELcloud-Agent again.
