setting up a Multy!

I am following the easy to follow set up on the app for the Multy broadband unit. I have got as far as setting yup my network and the screen on my phone is now pulsing and saying it is creating WiFi network. It has now been doing it for over 10 minutes. Is this normal? and should I just wait?

    Dear Sir,

    This behavior may cause by the disconnection on your phone or some interruption while the installation.
    Please reset the Multy, and reinstall it again.
    Press the reset button for 5 seconds until it fast blinks red.
