Buying hard drive (NEW, Renewed, Refurbished)

Hi everyone. I am currently looking into buying 2 new hard drives for my NAS326 and looking at all the research that I have. There are NEW, Renewed, Refurbished hard drive for sale. NEW hard drives are pretty expensive especially the size (12TB) I am trying to get (2x). That's twice the prices at $350+ ($700 for both) per hard drive. That's a tough call when you are on a tight budget. But then, the other like Renewed and Refurbished is not as cheap either. They are still pricy like the new one. So, what is a good recommendation for buying a good 12TB hard drive with a good deal that doesn't cost an arm and a leg with it?
